Funding, documentation & contracting
Brook House (Gresham) is WLG’s current focus for payer-funded placements. Elsie House (Salem) is full at five beds. Contact WLG to confirm Brook availability before referring.
WLG works with eligible third-party funding and housing-assistance programs. Self-pay and third-party rent assistance require confirmed payment arrangements. Program eligibility, authorization, covered costs, and payment timing must be confirmed before placement. Contact WLG to discuss payer/provider contracting; this page does not represent HRSN/CCO provider approval.
Documentation: ask Phillip about housing fees, house rules, business records, and payer-required forms. WLG will confirm which records it can provide and any consent needed for resident information.
