What to expect living at WLG
WLG is not a treatment program.
We don't supervise your recovery or micromanage your day.
What we do provide is structure, accountability, and a community of men working toward the same thing.

Structure without supervision

Clear house rules, curfews, and shared expectations. You manage your own goals — we provide the environment.

Your own goals

Employment, schooling, treatment, reentry — whatever your path is, WLG gives you a stable base to build from.

Peer accountability

You'll live alongside men who are working, studying, or rebuilding. The community holds standards together.

House Captain support

Every home has a House Captain — a peer leader who's been in your shoes. They're your first point of contact for questions, conflicts, and settling in.

Weekly house meetings

Regular check-ins to maintain communication, address issues, and keep the house running smoothly.

Employment & independence focus

WLG expects housemates to work, study, or volunteer. We're not a waiting room — we're a launchpad for real independence.
