All rooms are fully furnished. Utilities and common areas included.
Room Types & Pricing
Room pricing is based on room size and occupancy. Availability changes frequently.
Private Rooms
• Premium Single Rooms – Starting at $900/month
Large, lower-level fully furnished private rooms offering extra quiet, space, and separation from high-traffic areas.
• Standard Single Room – Starting at $875/month
Comfortable fully furnished private room with access to shared bathrooms and all common areas.
Shared Rooms
• 2-Person Shared Rooms – Typically $750 per person
Fully furnished shared rooms on both levels for housemates seeking a balance of affordability and comfort.
• 2-Person Shared Room with Private Bath – $795 per person
Fully furnished shared room with its own bathroom, offering added privacy compared to standard shared rooms.
Unlike typical room rentals, WLG housing includes furnishings, utilities, structure, and on-site leadership.
Support Staff Housing
• Captain’s Room – Reserved for our on-site House Captain.
This room is provided to staff in exchange for supporting leadership, safety, and stability in the home.
Exact pricing is confirmed during the intake process and may vary based on room selection, move-in date, and program needs.

Refunds & Notices

We accept payments from agencies, case managers, and family members coordinating support.

Keep a digital copy or photo of your receipt for your records.
Payments are due on the 1st of each month; a late fee may apply after three days.

Monthly Housing Fee

This is your recurring monthly payment due on the 1st.
Security Deposit
Submit your refundable $350 security deposit securely online.

This is a one-time payment due before move-in.
Intake & Orientation
Pay your one-time $100 intake and orientation fee quickly and securely.
A confirmation receipt will be emailed automatically.
This is a one-time non-refundable setup fee due before move-in.
Note: New residents should complete all three payments prior to move-in.
Returning residents only need to pay the Monthly Housing Fee.
