Our Housing Program
Supporting housemates in building stable, independent lives through structure, accountability, and sober living.
At Willamette Living Group, our housing program provides a safe, sober, and structured environment where adults can focus on work, school, recovery if applicable, or rebuilding.
Each home emphasizes responsibility, routine, and respectful community living.
Housemates are expected to manage their own goals while following clear house standards — including curfews, cleanliness, and active engagement in maintaining a stable environment.
We provide the structure. You bring the responsibility.
Our Core Program Pillars

1
Building Stability and Independence
Willamette Living Group provides a sober, structured environment where housemates rebuild personal stability and independence.
Through consistent routines and shared expectations, housemates develop the daily habits that sustain long-term progress — whether they’re working, studying, or in recovery.
2
Community and Peer Leadership
Our strength is community.
Each home is built around respectful connection — where housemates support one another under the guidance of a House Captain.
Together, they foster responsibility, maturity, and teamwork so everyone can move forward with confidence.
3
Commitment to Wellness
Wellness is more than sobriety.
Our environment supports healthy routines, good sleep, personal accountability, and positive mental and emotional habits.
Housemates are encouraged to seek outside supports as needed — counseling, meetings, faith, education, or personal development.
4
Life Skills and Education
Stability requires real-world skills.
Housemates develop practical abilities — financial responsibility, communication, conflict resolution, time management, and goal setting — preparing them for independent living and long-term success.
